Necessary requirements:

  • Registration of a Polish company with a ‘physical’ address;
  • The company must provide apostilled copies of documents of all owners and top managers;
  • The owners and directors of the company must have an impeccable reputation, which means no convictions for offences against the law: against public authorities, justice, economic turnover, trading in securities and money; deliberate financial crimes;
